2020 Terre Nere Etna Rosato
We are fortunate to get a limited supply of Rose from Marc DeGrazia's property. It is sure to sell-out quickly since the quality is so consistent. Expect great elegance and versatility with food. Aromatic and dry, these wines show floral notes with some spicy hints. Light and fresh on the palate with subtle, light berry notes and a bit of dusty earth and spice on the finish. Very pleasing with summer entrees and more enduring than the popular Provence rose. -Tim Adams

2020 Terre Nere Etna Bianco
The latest white from the Tenuta Terre Nere estate is the "entry-level" Bianco. A crisp, fresh aromatic white made with Carricante grapes grown on Mt. Etna. Medium to light in body, the wine is a delight on its own but is even better when paired with white meat, seafood, or vegetables. Especially nice with grilled fare, the mineral complexity and texture of the wine comes out even more with food. -Tim Adams

2019 Bucci Verdicchio Classico Castelli di Jesi
Deep straw yellow. Pleasingly fruity and persistent bouquet, with notes of Golden Delicious apples and almonds. Good body on the palate, well balanced, elegant, with silky texture and distinct finesse. -Tim Adams

2016 Castello di Bossi Chianti Classico Riserva Berardo

2015 Antoniolo Gattinara Riserva
"The 2015 Gattinara Riserva is an absolutely gorgeous wine. Rich and pliant in the glass, the 2015 offers a striking interplay of rich fruit, bright acids and tannic spine. A whole range of floral and savory overtones arrive later. Although quite accessible today, the 2015 has the energy and verve to drink well for many years to come. More importantly, it is an especially superb wine considering it is the 'entry-level' Gattinara in this range. It is so impressive, especially considering its price. I tasted the 2015 from a half bottle, the format currently available in the US."

2016 Barale Fratelli Barolo
"A favorite estate of mine, producing among the most traditional wines in Barolo. Long fermentations with up 30+ days in open oak vats. Indeginous yeasts and wines are finished in large bottles with minimum racking. The cellar is in the heart of the village of Barolo. While these wines are not big and forward with ripeness, they maintain a balance with the classic 'Neb nose' of roses and violet. Highly seductive, and worthy of cellaring for sure!" -Tim Adams
