Bright golden-tinged yellow. High-pitched, spicy aromas and flavors of passion fruit and pear nectar complicated by a strong note of lemon verbena. Rich, concentrated, and layered, featuring a pure, penetrating mouthfeel. Extremely vertical on the long, austere, mineral-accented finish. Only 2.9 g/L residual sugar, so this tastes classically dry. Very pretty Pinot Gris.
