Clos Marsalette is a gem of a property located in the Martillac district of Pessac-Léognan, run by the renowned Stephan von Neipperg (of Canon La Gaffelière fame). The 2016 vintage is drinking beautifully right now, showing the elegance and depth that Pessac is known for.
This parcel comes to us direct from the château with impeccable provenance. Unfortunately, due to current tariffs, we won't be able to offer it again at this price — so if you've enjoyed it before (or missed it last time), now's the time to act.

"The 2016 Clos Marsalette is super-expressive and delicious today. Savory herb, cedar, tobacco, menthol, licorice, rose petal and wild cherry all run through this nuanced, inviting wine. Aging has brought out an aromatic quality the wine did not show en primeur. Medium in body and gracious, the 2016 is a terrific choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. Tasted two times."
