One of only 18 Cru Classé estates in Provence. It’s classic Provence rose –pale, crisp, aromatic and dry. And as you know has always been run by women with the exception of one generation. Another Bassin's direct import discovery.
Oregon Territory was created out of the desire to share the pioneering spirit of Oregon Pinot Noir. A variety the experts said could not possibly ripen in Oregon, yet 50 years later the world now recognizes Oregon as a premiere grape growing region.
"The 2021 Pinot Noir is sourced from dry farmed vineyards in the Umpqua Valley and Willamette Valley. 100% Open top fermented with 25% whole cluster this wine bursts out of the glass with raspberry and Amarena cherry, cocoa spice with a hint of black cherry. The mouthfeel is silky and elegant, fine tannins with mouthwatering acidity." Winemaker's Notes
A long time Bassin's direct import this wonderful Domaine based in the beautiful town of Sablet makes authentic, terroir driven wines that sell for a song. There may be no better "all purpose" red on the planet!
