Fun facts:Roilette was the name of the prior owner's prized race horse.
Despite the name, Clos de la Roilette is in no way a clos.
The vines are on the border of Moulin-à-Vent and have a similar structure to that cru compared to most Fleurie
-Importer notes (Dressner)
A terrific vin de soif and such a pleasure to drink. It has the joy of Gamay and the seriousness of Pinot—the juicy nose and the soulful depths. Vines average 30 years of age; the wine is raised in tank on its fine lees and bottled in the spring following harvest. Malolactic tends to happen with the reds chez Huards.
Straw-coloured pilsner, crystal-clear, and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment.
Domaine du Salvard has been a working domaine since 1898, through five hardworking generations of the Delaille family. Today, all forty-two hectares of vineyards are farmed by the capable brother team of Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille, with help from their father Gilbert. To our delight, they have carried on the traditions established by their ancestors, producing a true, classic Cheverny that is both simple and elegant. The Delaille brothers have focused their attention on growing fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc, deeply rooted in the sand, clay, and limestone plains of northeastern Touraine

Every year our best-buy in Bandol!
Nice light salmon color, typical of Bandol. The nose expresses some citrus, Pomelos (a delicious type of grapefruit) and lots of white fruit aromas and minerality. The flavors are fresh, fruity and very aromatic, with tons of apricot and mango.
