2023 Perrin - Cotes du Rhone Reserve (750ml)

This direct import was "discovered" for us by the same broker who sells us Pasquiers. A small family-run operation 

With 40 ha in DOC Friuli, they care about the bees (SNQP = sustainable certification for the wines  / close to organic certification/ and also for workers ).

They are located in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

"The lower Friuli area is a landscape particularly favourable to the cultivation of vine. This is possible due to the proximity to the Adriatic Sea that mitigates the temperatures, but also due to the presence of the mountain range of the Julian Prealps that divert the cold northern currents away"

From some great terroir right near Gigondas, it’s fun to “argue” every year which wine we prefer between this and the Sablet! May as well get both….

Our best selling "Gru-ve" is now back in stock! Made from organic grapes, this beauty has a bit more body than most Gruner liters and goes with just about anything. A 10/10 on the delicious scale!

One of our long time direct import properties. From the same owners as the famed St. Julien Chateau Talbot this beauty comes from Coteaux Varois en Provence, on 15 ha of vines with a cooler and windier terroir on deep clay-limestone slopes.
