Good as Gold – Hazy IPA – 7.3% abv

Our next new IPA, brewed with a soft base of Pilsen, Flaked Oats, White Wheat, and Oat Malt, this beer was dry hopped exclusively with hops from New Zealand. Fermented with Cosmic Punch for big juicy thiols, then layered with NZ Cascade, Moutere, and Rakau over multiple dry hop additions. Big notes of mango, candied peach rings, papaya, Jolly Ranchers, some slight earthy herbaciousness, and red berries. Sticky, dank, and real tropical fruity, all in a clean and easy drinking format.
