Produced from a selection of 8 different parcels that spread over 5.23 hectares planted on clay and limestone based soils. This brilliant pale yellow colored wine offers notes of litchi and citrus fruits. On the palate, minerals and lemon mint enhance the crunchiness of the wine. Fresh, supple and harmonious. A nice persistence in the mouth.
Vineyard: The wine comes from a 1.69-hectare monopole (exclusively owned) vineyard with an east-facing slope and clay-limestone soil.
Viticulture: The vineyard is cultivated using sustainable methods, and the grapes are harvested by hand. The vines are notably old, averaging 80 to 90 years.
Winemaking: After a gentle pressing, the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation and aging in oak barrels, with around 20% new oak used annually
