TASTING NOTES A clear, cloudy liqueur with traditional marmalade scent followed by a cacophony of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose and caraway, cardamom taste. It finishes with true orange peel oil.

Bright, complex citrus. A dominant grapefruit aroma and flavor mellows into the vegetal green flavors of hops. A great bitters for citrus-heavy drinks that may otherwise feel dull or overly sweet.
