Please join us on Saturday. Chef Rod has been talking for a while about doing a Cab Franc tasting as he's convinced it's the most underrated grape on the planet. In addition to 100% Cabernet Franc wines- he'll showcase a few blends as well (including one of our favorite Chateau in St. Emilion). This is a fantastic lineup and it's always fun to taste the same grape grown in different climates side by side.
