Les Rouliers is the last born of Henri Bonneau's wines. The few rows of vines that make up Les Rouliers are found in the Gard region around a little Grenache and Cinsault.
This latest Rouliers draw is quite simply edifying with its aromatic accuracy and presence on the palate. A word of advice, serve blind during your tastings, it will easily compete with the best Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Do not be fooled by the reputation of table wines, the "Les Rouliers" cuvée is simply a wine that does not fit into the nails of an appellation. And that's good, because it suits him perfectly.
