TASTING NOTES Pretty purple colour with shiny reflections. The nose reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruit and spices. Full of delicacy, the palate is full of freshness and well balanced, with aromas of cherries and very soft tannins, giving this wine great drinkability. AGING Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately in order to respect the maturity of each varietal. The harvest date is determined by analysis and tasting the berries.
