Côte-Rôtie is a rare and legendary appellation. The plots we cultivate are located on the Côte Blonde, on the slopes of Bassenon and Tupin-Semons. The soils here are very schistous and give our cuvées a lot of aromatic bursts, sweetness and power
This cuvée is very aromatic and blends notes of juicy cherry, raspberry and ripe fruit. The delicate woodiness testifies to its aging in French oak, which makes it possible to best exploit all the richness of the grapes picked at full maturity. Our Côte-Rôtie is faithful to the image we want to give of the estate, in terms of precision and elegance.

The wines of Domaine Mouton are one of our latest discoveries. We are pretty sure we are the only shop in the USA that carries these wines. A small family run Domaine based in Condrieu, they own some really nice vineyard plots and have a very talented winemaker. Buy these while they still are under the radar!

Maison rouge is the emblematic cuvée of our house. Resulting from a plot selection, we only produce it when we deem it suitable to represent the qualities of the estate. It is rich and powerful with present tannins, refined by a long aging in oak barrels. It is a wine of character which arouses all our attention and which should be kept for a few years to best reveal its potential.

Restrained style, with streaks of bay and olive atop a core of pure, racy red cherry and damson plum fruit, all back by a long, racy iron note that reverberates through the finish. Syrah and Viognier
The tannic, full-bodied 2018 Hermitage Les Dionnieres boasts ebullient aromas of blueberries and boysenberries, leavened by hints of peppery herbs, black tea and star anise. Expansive on the palate but structured and dusty, with a lingering finish of salt...
Smoky black fruits, black olive, licorice, and iron notes all define the aromatics (which are almost Cornas-like) of the 2022 Crozes-Hermitage La Cuvée Nicolas. It's medium to full-bodied and has a focused, layered mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and beautiful l...
The 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape from Bravey is complex and upfront, with spicy, peppery red fruit, loads of garrigue and incense nuances, medium body, a focused, elegant mouthfeel, building tannins, and a great finish. Drink this remarkably Provençal, comple...
Sebastian Vicente helms the purposeful Domaine de Fondrèche, which was founded in 1991. Located in Mont Ventoux, an area famous for the Tour de France, Sebastian continues the estate’s laser focus on preserving the vineyards and land that they own. Their goal has always been to minimize their impact to the environment, and they do so with zero use of herbicides, and an emphasis on using green fertilizers like various plants.
Tasting Notes: Full of classic minerality meant for a hot day: grapefruit, a touch of white florals. Medium bodied with great texture and pure aromatics.
