Domaine de Pouy, Côtes de Gascogne IGP, is the quintessential summer white! Its delicate, exotic citrus notes and low alcohol content make it the perfect thirst quencher- with the bonus of being vegan-friendly! Serve it chilled as an aperitif or with food pairing options like salads, fresh goat cheese, salmon or beef carpaccio, a scallop risotto, grilled fish, and tapas. The 2023 Vintage:~Blend: Gros Manseng 35%, Ugni blanc 25%, Colombard 25%, Sauvignon 15%
