WINEMAKING: We harvest the best red pomegranates from Meghri region. Pomegranate juice (50%) and grape juice (50%) are blended then fermented. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at the temperature between 26°C to 28°C in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES: This pomegranate wine has garnet hue and a unique bouquet of rich pomegranate and berry aromas. Medium bodied, refreshing aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING: Chicken, cheese and desserts.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

The Chateau Musar Arack is made from grape alcohol with an average age of five years. Traditionally, arack is distilled twice, then anis seeds are added in the third distillation. L'Arack de Musar is unique in that it is distilled four times with the addition of anis seeds during the 4th distillation. After distillation, it is aged for one year in terracotta amphora’s which contribute to its liquorice aroma. It is customary to add water to Arack when serving it as a digestif, but L’arack de Musar can be enjoyed without water. It is surprisingly smooth, sweet, and very easy to drink. Unctuous, syrupy thick, light molasses brown color. Off the charts sweetness and beaniness, with unequal amounts of cocao (two-thirds) and vanilla (one-third) fragrances in the opening whiffs; the powdered cocoa comes to the forefront in the second inhalations, lusciously so. Amazingly cocoa-like and buttery at entry; midpalate is spot-on dark chocolate-like, but neither bitter nor semisweet; it's just flat-out sweet. The serving suggestions are to either throw in a splash of soda water for a digestif or utilize this gummy liqueur in cocktails that call for creme de cacao. Proof: 48

Banhez Pechuga de Pavo  is comprised of 100% Espadín distilled with indigenous seasonal fruits and raw turkey breast placed in  a copper still outfitted with a refrescadora. This unique single distillation technique imparts deliciously balanced fruit aromas, while preserving the agave’s roasted flavors. The addition of the turkey, along with being culturally  significant, adds  a spectacular textural complexity into this special spirit. Versions of “distilados con pechuga” has been consumed across Oaxaca on special occasions for centuries.
